Electric Glider Concept.

Rethinking the UX and architecture of gliders.

Norte is a two-seater sailplane designed for a sharing system that supports independent pilots and gliding clubs. Norte has a self-starting glider with an electric engine for propulsion and a taildragger undercarriage, making it easy to operate without additional help.

Folding propellers are situated on the aircraft's nose, enabling it to take off without requiring the assistance of a tow plane.

The tail dragger chassis incorporated in the concept allows for self-sufficient launching and landing, without the need for external assistance.

The aircraft features alternating pairs of batteries situated within the wings, which reduces ground time and provides increased accessibility to the aircraft for more pilots.
